3. Payment Terms

- All payments are processed via Stripe or secure bank transfer

- Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes

- Payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated in a contract

- Due to the nature of digital and intellectual property, purchases of online courses, digital tools, or downloads are non-refundable

4. Booking & Cancellation

- Appointments and workshops must be booked in advance

- Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges

- Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged in full

5. Intellectual Property

All materials — including the VPV Framework™, DAVA platform, logos, downloads, and content — are the intellectual property of Epic Transformation. You may not copy, resell, or distribute these without written consent.

We make no guarantees of specific results. Transformation outcomes depend on individual or organizational implementation. Clients remain responsible for their actions and decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Transformation is not liable for any loss, damages, or disruptions arising from use of our services or platforms.
